Oakhill Properties is a small real estate investment company based out of Boise, ID, focused on acquiring and developing vacant land and single-family homes.
We know that for most folks, selling property is a headache - and our mission is to fix that.
After we buy your property, we work to help it realize its full potential. When we purchase vacant land, we’re planning to develop and build on the property. When we buy a home, we typically look to renovate and modernize the home for resale.
